REGISTERING AND DEPOSITING YOUR WILL FOR SAFE KEEPING

For as little as £25 a year, or (£55 for three years) a will, or codicil (a formal legal document which can be used to make small changes to your will) or both together can be registered, and deposited at The Will Registry Office for safe keeping.

Please enter your details on the application form below to receive a safe custody will pack. You can also apply for a safe custody will pack by post, or email to thewillregistryoffice.co.uk. Once completed, send your will (by registered or recorded post) requesting that your will be registered and deposited for safe keeping at The Will Registry Office. You must complete all the details requested before your will can be registered

When you register your will you will be given a unique registration card, (similar to a donor card or credit card). This should be kept in your purse or wallet that will immediately alert your executor, family or friends that you have a will registered at The Will Registry Office. In addition, you will also be sent a distinctive key ring to attach to your house, car, or most important set of keys.
