Use this form ONLY if you are applying for withdrawal of the will AFTER the death of the deceased person.

To apply for withdrawal of a will or codicil from safe custody after a death, please complete SECTIONS A and B in full of the following application to receive a withdrawal form. Your instructions will be processed immediately on the arrival at The Will Registry Office.
